The simile of The Tower of Babel with the world today and with the 'interpacting' of many languages of art, design, technology and cultures is the main theme of profile intermedia 9.
The Conference, Workshops and Events will concentrate on exploring and experimenting with: the expression, profusion and confusion of audio visual and constructed languages: spoken, drawn, designed, painted, photographed, and constructed languages; the languages of schools of thought and periods of arts and design; the influence of cultures and countries upon their audio, visual and built languages; and, the archaelogy of certain forms of expression.
